In a commendable show of grassroots engagement, the Executive Chairman of Ijebu North East Local Government, Hon. Folusho Badejo, has continue his ward-to-ward empowerment initiative to Imowo, ward 9 in Ijebu North East Local Government with cash grant to loyal party members across the council area.

The initiative, which aims to appreciate and support the efforts of dedicated party faithfuls, saw Hon. Folusho Badejo visiting wards, connecting directly with the people and reaffirming his commitment to inclusive governance and community development.

Speaking during the visits, Hon. Badejo emphasized the importance of recognizing the sacrifices and loyalty of party members, noting that their continued support is the backbone of the party's strength at the local level.

Beneficiaries of the gesture, Mr Nurudeen Adedeji and Mrs Balogun  Titilope both  expressed their gratitude for the chairman’s gesture, describing it as timely and impactful, especially in the current economic climate. 

The empowerment program is expected to boost morale and strengthen the party's grassroots structure ahead of upcoming political activities.
