In the post made on X, Dare sought to debunk the claims by the lawmaker representing Borno North, Ali Ndume who alleged that President Tinubu’s appointments since assuming office was lopsided.

Ndume also claimed that the president’s appointment of his allies and people from the Southwest region contravenes the principles of the Federal Character.

However, responding to Ndume, the presidential aide said that Tinubu had appointed 71 people from the North out of 134 appointments made so far.

A breakdown of the list shared by Dare showed that Tinubu appointed 29 people from the South West (his  region), 35 from the North West, 22 from the South-South, 16 from the South East, 25 from North Central and 24 from the North East
