Fuel prices in Lagos and Abuja, Nigeria’s capital city have been reduced by the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL).
It was gathered that the company’s stations as of Monday, April 21, had dropped the prices of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) by at least N15 to N45 across these cities.
In Lagos, the pump price of fuel stood at N880 per litre and N935 per litre in Abuja.
PMS which was initially sold at N925 per litre in Lagos experienced a N45 drop while in Abuja where it was previously sold at N950 was slashed down to N935 per litre.
For instance, the NNPC station at Apple Junction, Lagos sold at N880 per litre while the company’s station at Ago Palace had its pump price at N905 per litre and on Idimu Road, they sold at N910 per litre.
Also, at the Abuja stations, NNPC stations at Federal Housing Kubwa and Airport Road, Lugbe were selling at N935 per litre – a significant N15 drop from the initial N950 per litre.
