The first female Accountant General of the Federation, Dr. Mrs. Oluwatoyin Sakirat MADEIN has felicitated her bosom friend, Dr. Mrs. Ajoke Pero SOFOWORA, on her doctoral achievement, as she recently bagged a Doctorate degree in Business Administration from the Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos State.

The elated MADEIN, who was filled with joy poured encomiums on her friend at a celebration dinner/poolside party, organized in her honour last Friday at GRA, Ikeja, Lagos. 

She said Dr. SOFOWORA'S achievement is an attestation to her hard work, dedication, and perseverance.

"I'm thrilled to celebrate this milestone with you, my dear friend. Your accomplishment is a shining example of what can be achieved through determination and passion. I am honoured to call you my friend and look forward to many more years of shared successes and adventures," Dr. Mrs. MADEIN stated.

Dr. MADEIN expressed immense pride and joy at her friend's accomplishment, showering Dr. SOFOWORA with heartfelt praise for her dedication, perseverance, and intellectual prowess.  The dinner provided a warm and intimate setting for friends and family to celebrate Dr. SOFOWORA'S significant achievement.

"Dr. SOFOWORA'S dedication to her studies and her steadfast pursuit of excellence is truly inspiring.

This doctorate is a testament to her hard work and intellectual capabilities, and I am incredibly proud to identify with her success story," DR. MADEIN further stated. 

The event was filled with warm wishes, heartfelt congratulations, and celebratory toasts to Dr. SOFOWORA'S future endeavours.  It served as a confirmation to the enduring power of friendship and the importance of celebrating milestones achieved through hard work and determination.

MADEIN'S congratulatory message highlights the strong bond of friendship between the two distinguished women, who have supported and encouraged each other in their personal and professional endeavours.

The felicitations with Dr. SOFOWORA underscores the significance of women's empowerment and the importance of recognizing and celebrating each other's achievements.

SOFOWORA, an indigene of Iperu, from Ibowu axis of the ancient town, attended St. John's Catholic Primary School and Christ Apostolic Grammar School, both in Iperu. She holds a National Certificate of Education in Mathematics and Statistics from the premier institution, the University of Ibadan.

She also obtained a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degrees in Business Administration from the prestigious University of Lagos. 

She worked as an operations supervisor at the Federal Mortgage Bank and a manager at the Federal Mortgage Finance.

SOFOWORA, developed entrepreneurial skills in business finance, and established an information technology company, Boltek Systems Limited, where she serves as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer to date.

An enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, SOFOWORA served as a training consultant to the Federal Ministry of Industry, providing office automation training to the staff.
