The Asiwaju of Orile-Imo, Obafemi-Owode Local Government, Ogun State, High Chief Olakunle Olalekan has congratulated the new Balogun Woros and the residents of the community on the celebration of the 38th Lisabi Day.
Olakunle disclosed this in his congratulatory message personally signed by him and made available to journalists in Abeokuta.
The statement reads" I am happy to celebrate with the Balogun Woros, The Chiefs, Baale's, Imo traditional council, and the entire good people of Orile Imo and Imo in general on 38th celebrations of Lisabi Festival
He further reiterated the significant of the Festival as a Major tool that reunites all sons and daughters of Egbaland home and abroad.
The community leader urged the citizens of Egbaland home and in diaspora to promote the culture and traditions of Egbaland in their respective endeavours.
He urged the good people of Ogun State to learn from the past heroes, Lisabi Agbongbo Akala as an indefatigable leader per Excellence who fought for the Unity of Egbaland during the war.
