The National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Ijebu Ode Local Branch under the Coordinatorship of Comrade A. M. Odunowo warmly felicitates with the Muslim Community in Ijebu Ode and beyond on the successful completion of Ramadan 2025 and the celebration of Eid-el-Fitr.
We join millions of Muslims around the world to celebrate this joyous occasion, which marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan. This period is a time for reflection, spiritual rejuvenation, and renewal of faith.
As we celebrate Eid-el-Fitr, we pray that the lessons learned during Ramadan will continue to guide us throughout the year. We also pray for peace, unity, and prosperity in our community and the nation at large.
As we celebrate Eid-el-Fitr, we want to take this opportunity to advise the Youth Constituency in Ijebu Ode. As young people, we are the future leaders of our Community and Nation at large. It is essential that we continue to uphold the values of hard work, dedication, and perseverance and take advantage of the lessons learned during Ramadan to reflect on our lives and actions. Let the spirit of Ramadan guide us to become better versions of yourselves.
As young people, we are faced with numerous challenges, including unemployment, poverty, and social inequality. We urge Government and well wishers of the Youth Constituency to be responsible and responsive for the betterment of our Community. However, we encourage you not to give up hope. Instead, use these challenges as opportunities to innovate, create, and make a positive impact in our Community.
The NYCN Ijebu Ode Local Branch wishes to extend its heartfelt greetings to the Muslim Community, particularly the Awujale and Paramount Ruler of Ijebuland, His Royal Majesty, Oba Sikiru Kayode Adetona, the Youth Council Grand Patron and the Executive Chairman, Ijebu Ode Local Government Hon. Dare Alebiosu, The Grand Chief Imam of Ijebu Land Shaykh Miftaudeen Gbadegesin Ayanbadejo, Chiefs, and the entire Muslim faithful in Ijebu Ode.
May the blessings of Allah be upon us all.
Signed,
Com. Jasanya Adeola Sulaiman.
