The Special Adviser and Managing Director, Ogun State Property and Investment Corporation (OPIC), Arc. Abiodun Fari-Arole, has reinstated that the Corporation under the leadership of Prince Dapo Abiodun remains committed to achieving more developmental projects in the housing sector.
Arc. Fari-Arole said this, in Abeokuta during the 2025 Interdenominational Prayer Session and Thanksgiving Service, saying the progress recorded so far was evident in the various housing projects of the Corporation.
The OPIC boss stated that the success would not have been possible without God, saying the Service was needed to appreciate the creator of heaven and earth for the achievement recorded in the last fiscal year, urging staffers to be more dedicated and committed towards achieving the set goals and objectives of the Corporation in the year 2025.
The Managing Director noted that the Corporation would commission some of its key projects such as the Kings Court phase II comprising of 42 units apartment and 12 units semi-detached duplex located along the Presidential Boulevard, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, the BOFT Apartment Warewa, consisting of 3 blocks of 18 units along Lagos Ibadan express way, President Muhammadu Buhari's (PMB) estate, Phase I located along Kobape road, among others, hinting that, new projects would commence soon.
Earlier in his remark, the Director Administration and Personnel OPIC, Mr. Taiwo Ogunyanwo, charged officers to put in more effort in the discharge of their duties, saying all hands must be on deck to achieve the Corporation's goals.
In his sermon, the Head of Unit Electrical OPIC, Engr. Kamil Suuti said the essence of obedience to the words of the God was the guiding principles for human existence, saying obedience to His words would enable people to abide by the rules and regulations of the country and any organisation.
Engr. Suuti urged staffers to obey the laid down rules of the Corporation in order to achieve better results, and avoid unnecessary mistakes.
Also delivering his sermon, the Head of Unit Payroll, OPIC, Pastor Gbenga Taiwo admonished the importance of "Giving to God" which would enable them to give to others, urging staffers to develop themselves in their chosen careers.
In his remark, Director Planning Survey and Research OPIC, TPL. Dotun Akinwale, appreciated the Corporation for the Thanksgiving Service, saying it was an opportunity for the staff to bond together.
