The Management Board of the Light Up Iperu Scheme, has felicitates its Chairman, Prince Wale OYEKOYA, popularly known as Bama, on his birthday which holds on Tuesday, 4th February, 2025.

The board in a congratulatory message issued by the Vice Chairman, Otunba Adebayo SALAMI, rejoiced with OYEKOYA on the joyous celebration, describing him as a visionary leader, an astute agricultural consultant, and a dedicated community builder, whose steadfast commitment to the development of Iperu Remo, Ikenne Local Government, and Ogun State is truly inspiring.

As the Consultant on Agriculture to the Governor of Ogun State, and the General Leader of the All Progresssives Congress in Iperu, and the Chairman of the Light Up Iperu Management Board, your contributions have continue to illuminate paths and uplift lives, said, Otunba SALAMI.

Otunba SALAMI further prayed that the new year brings him greater wisdom, strength, and fulfilment in all his endeavours just as he wished him many more years of good health, happiness, and success.

The birthday boy and Chairman, Light Up Iperu Scheme Management Board, Prince Wale BAMA OYEKOYA, is an accomplished Agriculturist and a fit-for-purpose technocrat who serves as Agricultural Consultant to many states and the federal government of Nigeria.

The Agric. Entrepreneur and the Managing Director of Bama Farms Limited was a former chairman of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

He is a Public Affairs Analyst who featured regularly in the broadcast media to discuss topical issues especially as it relates to Agriculture and Food Security, and also a writer and an author with several publications to his credit.

A socialite of no mean repute and a community leader with passion for development at the grassroot, BAMA is the president of the prestigious Akesan Royal Executives and Treasurer, Iperu Development Association. 

His age-long expertise in the field of agriculture has been brought to bear since the assumption of office as a consultant to the governor in August 2024.

Similarly, under his leadership, the Light-Up Iperu Scheme has been performing its core mandate to the admiration of the good people of Iperu Remo.
