Consequent to the approval of the Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, the Civil Service Commission has commenced the process of eligible officers for the years 2023/2024 promotion oral interview exercise.

     A release signed by the Permanent Secretary, Civil Service Commission, Mrs. Roseline Jacobs, indicated that all eligible officers were to obtain the Ogun State Public Service Rules (OGPSR), gazette of their last promotion at block A, room A261, Civil Service Commission, as these would be verified at the venue of the oral interview.

      The release noted that, notional promotion is still extant, saying the promotion could only be granted to officers on approved study leave or leave of absence.

      The breakdown for the oral interview states that,  all officers on Grade Level 06 to 07 and GL.13 to 14 would be present at the Commission for their interview, while Administrative officers on GL.08 to 13, Management Level, and other cadres GL.14 to 17 would be at the Office of the Head of Service for their oral interview, while the  Centrally Deployed Cadre(CDC) staff on  GL.08 to 14  would be at  the Bureau of Establishments and Training, saying other eligible officers’ interview  would be carried out at their respective agencies
