The Special Assistant to Governor Dapo Abiodun on inter-ethnic affairs,  Hon. Monday Chukwuji has congratulated the Ndigbo in the state and all Christians in Ogun State as they celebrate Christmas and new year.

Hon. Monday in his Christmas message urged them to use the occasion of Christmas to intensify prayers for the nation’s progress, peace and unity.

He also enjoined his people not to despair amidst the heightened economic hardship, adding that things will soon get better.

Abiodun 's aide urged Christian faithfuls to emulate the virtues of Christ which he identified as love, joy, peace, selflessness, humility, among others, maintaining that with unity of purpose they can overcome all obstacles facing the country.

He said “Let the joy of this season inspire us to persevere, knowing that there will be light at the end of the tunnel.

“With unity, dedication and resilience, we can overcome any challenge and create a better future for the present and upcoming generations.”
