Chairman, Sagamu Local Government Area of Ogun State, Hon. Afolabi Odulate, has called for collaboration of Councillors, towards achieving the set goals and fulfilling expectations of the people.

Hon. Odulate, made this known during the swearing in ceremony of the Councillors of the Local Government Legislative Council, at the secretariat in Sagamu, urging them to justify the confidence reposed in them by the people and see the entire Local Government Area as their constituency.

 He appreciated Governor Dapo Abiodun for his giant strides across the state, saying provision of infrastructural amenities, good road network, housing for all, among others were great legacies.

In his Acceptance Speech, Leader of the House, Hon. Babalola Oluwakayode, admonished other Councillors to see their position as a call to serve, saying,” all hands must be on deck for speedy implementation of the party manifesto and agenda exemplified by the governor”.

He promised to serve the people of the local government with diligence and determination in line with the state government’s mantra of ‘Building our Future Together’.
