The All Progressives Congress (APC), Yewa North has held its campaign grand finale where party stalwarts called on the electorate to vote the APC in the coming local government elections in continuation of their support for the party.
At the event which took place at the Palace of the Alaye of Ayetoro, in Ayetoro the headquarters of Yewa North Local Government Area, the overall coordinator of the campaign council, Jagunmolu Akande Omoniyi and the Member Representing Yewa North/Imeko Afon Federal constituency, Hon Gboyega Nasir Isiaka (GNI) charged the electorate to consider the need for Yewa North to leverage on the achievements of the APC government at the Federal and State level when voting in the local government election.
Former Speaker of Ogun State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Suraj Ishola Adekunbi, the Campaign Director General, Hon Sunday Kojeku, the State Auditor of the party, Elder S.M.A. Akinyemi and Ogun West Senatorial District, Women Leader, Mrs Mercy Sanda all called on party members to work hard for victory promising that the Chairmanship, the Vice and the Councillorship Candidates would not disappoint.
The event had in attendance Chief Olu Agemo, Major Emmanuel Olubiyi (rtd.), Alh. Fatai Adekunbi, Hon. Tunde Bankole, Chief Rotimi Oderinde, Alh. Basiru Fadairo, immediate past chairman, Hon Gabriel Ogunyomi, his Vice, Hon Olubukola Omoyayi, Alh. Tajudeen Amoo (Pabida), Hon. Bayo Adeyemi, Alh. Isiaka Sobaloju, Chief Jackson Isikalu, Hon Rasaki Oduntan, Hon. Lukman Temitope Akinyemi, Chief Wahab Elegbede (Emi), Chief Abiola, Mrs Safiat Adeyanju, Chief Faremi Ismaila, Alh. Iziak Abass (Zacobass), Chief Sola Adeyemi, Chief Isiaka Durojaye, representatives of the transport unions and youth among others.
