Ogun State Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has directed all public and private primary and secondary schools, as well as Government Science and Technical Colleges in the state to proceed on Mid-Term holiday for 2024/2025 First Term academic session from Thursday, October 31 to Friday, November 1, 2024.

A release signed by the Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Prof. Abayomi Arigbabu, stated that Open Day would be observed by both public and private primary and secondary schools on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, while schools were to resume for academic activities on Monday, November 4, 2024.

It enjoined parents and guardians to take adequate care of their children and wards during the period.
