In preparation for the 2025-2027 Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) and the 2025 Budget, Ogun State Ministry of Budget and Planning, will commence its 2025 Citizen’s Engagement (Town Hall Meetings) in the four Divisions of the state, comprising Ijebu, Remo, Yewa and Egba.

A release signed by the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry, Mrs. Olufunmilayo Dada, stated that the Meeting would commence at Ijebu Division on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at BisiRodipe Hotel, Ijebu-Ode, at 11:00 am, while that of Remo Division would hold on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at Remo Royal Event Centre, Akarigbo’s Palace, Ita-Oba, Sagamu, at 11.00am.

It indicated that the Stakeholders’ Meeting for Yewa Division is slated for Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at Yewa Frontier Hotel and Resort, Ilaro, at 11:00 am, just as it would be the turn of Egba Division on Thursday, October 31, 2024, at June 12 Cultural Centre, Kuto, Abeokuta, at 11:00 am.

According to the release, the engagement would present status report and seek opinion of relevant stakeholders from each of the Divisions, in order to obtain their inputs, urging invitees to be seated for the meeting by 10:00am.
