"Unlawful Actions by Some Leaders of a Senator in Ipokia, Yewa South, and Yewa North Local Governments

His Excellency, Governor Dapo Abiodun

Ogun State Government

Dear Governor Abiodun,

"PETITION TO REJECT COUNCILLORSHIP NOMINEES FROM IPOKIA LG, YEWA SOUTH, AND YEWA NORTH LGs

"We, the patriotic members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and DA Cancaus from Ipokia, Yewa South, and Yewa North Local Governments, write to bring to your attention a grave concern regarding the Councillorship nomination process in our respective local governments.

"Contrary to your directive to submit three names per ward, certain individuals loyal to Senator Yayi have compromised the process by using financial inducements to influence ward leaders, resulting in the submission of only one name per ward.

"We urge you to reject all Councillorship nominees from these local governments to prevent the perpetuation of this undemocratic and corrupt practice. Failure to do so may have far-reaching consequences for the party and your political structure, as this cabal is planning against the 2027 elections. We remain loyal and committed to your leadership and the APC".

"We implore you, Governor Abiodun, to reject these nominees and ensure a fair and transparent process. The Senator's attempt to manipulate the system for personal gain must be thwarted. We remain loyal and committed to your leadership and the APC."
