The June 2024 edition of the Combined confirmation/ promotion tests and compulsory examinations  for Officers in the Junior , Sub-Professional and Professional Cadres in the Public/Civil Service of Ogun State will be held between  Wednesday, 25th and Friday, 27th September 2024 at the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Ojere, Abeokuta at 10:00 am daily.

This was contained in a circular issued by the Permanent Secretary, Bureau of Establishment and Training ,  Office of the Head of Service,  Mrs Bolaji Fajounbo.

The circular indicated  that all registered candidates are expected to come to the  Staff Development, Center, Oke-Ilewo ,Abeokuta between  Monday ,September 23 and Tuesday September 24,2024 along   with their  Staff identification card,

a copy of their appointment letter or Inter- Cadre Transfer Letter . This will enable them to collect  their identification card for the examination .

It should also be noted that the test for the Professional and Sub-professional Officers shall be in Computer Based (CBT) format while the paper based mode will be retained for the Junior Officers.

All candidates are enjoined to check their respective agencies for the examination/test time table.

The circular added that the  Head of Service will be in attendance to monitor the conduct of the examination/test.
