OGSG BEGINS 2024/2025 ADMISSION BY TRANSFER INTO PRIMARY, SECONDARY CLASSES

 


      Ogun State Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has begun 2024/2025 Admission by transfer into Public Primary School 2 to 5, as well as Junior Secondary School JSS 2 and 3 and Senior Secondary School 1 and 2 from Friday, August 16 to Friday, November 15, 2024.


      A release signed by the Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Prof. Abayomi Arigbabu, enjoined applicants to visit the Ogun State Education Revitalisation Agenda (OGSERA) portal via https://ogsera.ogunstate.gov.ng and log in with their Learner Identification Number (LIN) Credentials, noting that applicants from outside the state should click on 'Create Account' button to register a profile for login.


      The release urged applicants to Select 'Transfer Application' under the  'Enrollment Management' menu, click on 'Create Application' from the action menu, and enter their LIN to validate their Learner's records, or choose  'From School Outside Ogun State' icon from the filter to enter their profile details, click on 'Make Payment' button to make online payment for the platform and registration fees at a total of Five Thousand Five Hundred (N5,500.00) Naira per form. He added that applicants should fill and submit the Application Form to their school of choice and take a copy of the form to the school attaching photocopy of the promotion result.


      It stated that there is no transfer into Flagship Schools, adding that applicant from outside the state will not be able to print out their Application Forms after submission, until LIN verification is conducted and approved.


      The release affirmed that applicants from JSS 3 and SSS 2 classes must obtain the Ministry's approval before initiating online application, adding that for enquiries on secondary schools, Omikunle and Agunbiade could be contacted on 08168815590 and 07065628562 respectively, while Hassan Ronke should be contacted on 08053806728 for Primary Schools.
