The All Progressives Congress (APC) has suspended 20 of its members in Enugu following the crisis within the party.
The members’ suspension for gross indiscipline and flagrant disregard for party’s constitution was announced by the Ugochukwu Agballah-led faction on Sunday, August 25.
Recall that the rival faction led by Alphonsus Nwafor as acting chairman had recently suspended Agballah and other party officials
However, in some form of retaliation, the Agballah led faction during a party’s stakeholders’ meeting announced the suspension of all members involved in the act.
The suspension of the 20 party members was contained in a communique read by Senator Utazi at the end of the meeting.
