Katsina State Governor, Dikko Umaru Radda, has made a minor reshuffle of his cabinet and appointed new members to various boards of parastatals.
According to a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed, the reshuffle aims to ensure the effective delivery of services to the people of Katsina State.
The cabinet reshuffle saw the movement of several commissioners to new ministries, including Dr. Bashir Gambo Saulawa, who was moved from the Ministry of Health to the Ministry of Water Resources, and Hajiya Hadiza Yar’Adua, who was transferred from the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education to the Ministry of Women Affairs.
Governor Radda also announced the composition of various boards of parastatals.
He charged the new appointees to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to their respective agencies.
The boards include the Water Board, Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWASSA), Health Services Management Board (HSMB), Primary Health Care Development Agency (PHCDA), and State Agency for the Control of AIDS (SACA), among others.
