The Chairman, Fund-raising Sub-committee, and Director, Contact and Mobilization (Diaspora), of the Ojude Oba Iperu Planning Committee, Prince Babatunde ENILARI-SOLARIN, has commended donors who have contributed towards the 2024 Ojude Oba celebration.

Prince SOLARIN gave the commendation while speaking during the meeting of the committee held recently. He commended members of the committee for their moral and financial contributions towards ensuring a well-organized and successfully-delivered event.

He particularly appreciated a member who sponsors the guest artiste for the day, the fuji sensation, Wasiu Alabi Pasuma, and another who has donated a sum of #1m (one million naira).

He also used the opportunity to call on all Iperu indigenes, both at home and in the diaspora, to support and contribute to the laudable idea of the resuscitation of the age-long heritage of Iperu Akesanland.

He urged all well-meaning/interested donors to transfer their donations to the committee's account as follows:
