The Orile Imo Council of   Baale's, Chiefs and Youths in  Obafemi Owode Local Government, Ogun State have passed a vote of confidence on Odofin Imo-Land,  Engr. High Chief  Akeem Babatunde Adesina, the only Odofin of Imo land.

The council also commended him for  ensuring  peace and unity in Orile- Imo and Imo in general.

This was made known in a statement jointly signed by the Secretary of the Council of Baales, Chief Isaac Gbenro Adeoye and the Youth leader of Orile Imo, Chief Olohunsogo 

They said that High Chief Akeem Babatunde Adesina is always concerned about the development of Imo land.

The council said that they have confidence in him that they will always find him in making peace among the indigenes and non indigenes of Imo land.

The council added  that High Chief Babatunde Adesina is a man of integrity and honor who is dedicated to the growth of Imo land.

The statement reads " We want to state that The Odofin Imo land,  Engr. High Chief Babatunde Adesina is a man of integrity, he is a peaceful man and has never caused any chaos  in Imo land. He is more concerned about the development of Imo land.  He is very  honest and man to be  reckoned  with in Imo land. He is a father, he has contributed to the growth of Imo land . We pray  God  continue to give him strength and power in taking Imo land to a greater height.
