Sagamu Police Command To Collaborate With TRACE

 


Sagamu Police Area Commander, Assistant Commander(AC) Sheu Alao has said that the command is ready to collaborate with Ogun State Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Agency (TRACE) in the monitoring and Traffic control management in the area.


The Police boss stated this when TRACE officials led by the Divisional Commander, Cdr. Tayo Akinremi paid him courtesy visit at his office in Sagamu.


According to him, the Nigeria Police in the area has been working with other security agencies to chase out criminal element disturbing the peace of the area, noting that there will be free flow of traffic with collaboration of TRACE and Traffic Control Unit of his command.


" I am really happy for today's visitation to my office and I want to assure you that the police under my command will collaborate with TRACE to have free flow of traffic in the area. Also, my office is open for any discussion that will bring peace and progress to every community in Sagamu Local Government" he said.


Responding, the TRACE Divisional Commander, Cdr. Tayo Akinremi appreciated the command Police boss for the warm welcome received from him, saying that since assumption of office, he has embarked on various projects and sensitization of the masses on the need to maintain sanity on the roads which has paid off with positive results.


The high point of the visitation was the tour of the police command and group photograph with the Police boss.


On the entourage of TRACE Divisional Commander were, Officers Adeniyi Sunday (HOPS), Adebayo Sunday, Patrol Leader and Kareem Wasiu.
