The remains of Rotimi Akeredolu, the former governor of Ondo State, have arrived in Nigeria on Friday, January 5.

Akeredolu died in Germany on December 27, 2023, after a protracted battle with prostrate cancer.

Akeredolu’s body was brought into the country from Germany and had been deposited at the morgue until the final burial.
