The recognition, announced by Leadership newspaper, commends Tinubu for his committed leadership, unwavering determination, and remarkable achievements in the political sphere.

Acknowledging Tinubu’s exceptional “can-do spirit” that distinguished him as a quintessential politician, the award citation highlighted his monumental efforts in overcoming significant challenges to secure the APC candidacy and emerge victorious in the 2023 presidential election.

The accolade specifically lauds Tinubu for his courage in making challenging yet essential decisions aimed at reshaping the nation and positioning it on a path of progress and transformation.
