A Chief Executive Officer, Coach Spark Consulting International Limited, Amb. Coach Spark Ovadje has been honored with a National recognition award of Excellence by the Southern Youth Assembly Of Nigeria, SYAN.

In the same vein, the real estate guru was inducted as an Ambassador to SYAN

According to the youths, the honor was in recognition of his sterling qualities, unequalled enthusiasm and his  outstanding service delivery in the real estate industry and service to humanity.

Amb. Ovadje was also one of the guest speakers at the 4th Annual National Youth/Business Summit and Award Presentation event held in Ibadan with The theme titled "Empowering Youth To Take  The Lead For A Sustainable  Future.

Ovadje while speaking on the topic of the event "Youth Engagement In Peace Building Through Enterprenuership  A Pathway for National Development" urged Nigerian youths to see entrepreneurship as the only solution to unemployment, saying that Government can not provide employment for all youths.

He urged Youths to embrace skill acquisition programmes in order to be self-reliance.

According to him, the youths should learn a skill and not depend on handouts from politicians.

He  said “I feel honoured to be conferred with the most prestigious Honor of Patron of the Nigerian Youth by the Southern Youth Ambassador Of Nigeria, SYAN. 

"I will continue to support similar empowerment programmes to improve the economic fortunes of youths and the state at large"

He noted that true progress came from hard work and encouraged the youths to shun criminality.

"This honour is a special encouragement for me to do more and to continue to fight for the Nigerian youths.

He urged Nigerian youths not go into ungodly business, urging them to do things that will add value to themselves and community.
