In its bid to ensure integrity and professionalism in the local government service, Ogun state local government service commission will be organising local government service week, the first of its kind in the annals of the commission  history since its creation in 1978.                 

In a released by the Commission, the programme with the theme "Renewed Local Government Service "scheduled to hold at the underlisted venues and dates.  

 The local government service commission  will be featuring on New Dawn Programme on OGTV  at 7.45am and Jumat Service at Federal  Secretariat  Mosque,Oke Mosan at 1pm both on Friday 10th  November  2023.      

Similarly, there will be thanksgiving Service at St.Sebastian Catholic  Church, Bonojo Ijebu Ode at 10am on Sunday, 12th November  2023.  

 Furthermore, medical outreach/Charity Programme will be holding  at the following health centres;  Family Health Centre, Oke Ilewo,Abeokuta,  Lesile  Health  Centre, Ilaro,Italapo Health  Centre,Ijebu Ode and Makun Health  Centre,Sagamu respectively on Monday  13th November 2023.                                              

While on Tuesday  14th of November  2023,Public  Lecture will be holding at Obas Complex at 10am prompt and on Wednesday  15th of November 2023 at 9am,Road  Show from Oke Mosan to Abeokuta South  Local Government  Ake back to Local Government Service commission and by 2pm,there will be Novelty  Match between  Male and female political functionaries VS Male and female  Career Staff at the MKO Abiola International  Stadium, Kuto Abeokuta.    

Finally, the one week programme will be rounded up on Thursday  16th  November 2023 at 12pm with the Red Carpet at DLK Events  Centre, Abiola Way,Abeokuta  and Gala Night/Award of Excellence at 2pm .
