Determined to sustain training and retraining for Civil Servants toward achieving effective and efficiency in service delivery, the Ogun State Government, through the Bureau of Establishments and Training, Office of Head of Service, would conduct a 2-day Intensive Training for Management Staff on GL15 and GL16 across cadres in the State Civil Service.          

          According to a release by the Office of the Head of Service, the training would be held at Obas' Complex, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, commencing from Tuesday, September 12 to Wednesday, September 13, 2023, by 9:00 a.m. each day.

          The release indicated that the theme of the training is ‘’Work Commitment and Loyalty’’, and would be declared open by the State Head of Service, Mr. Kolawole Fagbohun, adding that it was designed to assist the management in addressing the problem of truancy and lateness to work, lack of objectivity, lack of confidentiality and poor public relations and attitude to work.

          The release stated that the training would be on Work Ethics, Etiquette and Code of Conduct, Strategies for Effective Service Delivery, Initiatives and Leadership Qualities, Work Attitude and Time Management, Public Relations, Self-Management, and People Management’’ as topics to be treated.

          However, participants are expected to be seated by 8:30am.
