Sequel to the approval of the Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, the State Civil Service Commission, has commenced the release of outstanding promotion letters to the 2021 and 2022 deserving officers in the State Civil Service.

     The Chairman, Ogun State Civil Service Commission, Engr. Tokunbo Odebunmi indicated this in a release signed by him, adding that the promotion would take effect from the dates indicated on the eligible officer’s letter, while the effective date of promotion for financial purposes is from September 1, 2023, for those in 2021 and December 1, 2023 for 2022 respectively.

          Odebunmi stated that the Governor Abiodun recently cleared the year 2018, 2019 and 2020 promotion exercises and had approved the release of the 2021 and 2022 promotion letters, to ensure the welfare of Civil/ Public Servants in the State and boost their morale in the discharge of their duties.

          He charged all Civil Servants in the State to reciprocate the Governor's kind gesture by rededicating themselves to improved, efficient, and effective service delivery to the State.
