Ogun Council Chairman warns against environmental hazard in Obafemi Owode LG




A call has gone out to all the local recycling hub in Obafemi Owode Local Government Area to be modest and obey all precautionary measures as regards environmental hazard in their various  business locations.



Amb. Ogunsola Adesina Lanre, Executive Chairman, Obafemi Owode Local Government gave the charge while on inspection visits to Gandse Limited Company, Abule Alhaji, Igbore. 



He charged the management of the company to prioritize the health of workers and the people living around the factory as a matter of necessity.



 The council chairman  further appreciated their partnership in creating job for the youth within the area.



" I know your company is a new establishment here in Igbore, which I believe in one way or the other has added to the growth and reduce  unemployment in Obafemi Owode,  but it is very important to let you know that health of our people is paramount to us as government", said council boss.



Chief Jamiu Animasaun, Baale Afojupa Nla, in his response, submitted  that the company specializes in recycling used tyres to black oil which could be used for other purposes.



He therefore commended  Amb. Ogunsola Adesina led administration for lending their support at securing a fatal land for business to strive.



He further pledged total compliance with every environmental hazard laws placed by government in and around the company's location.



In the entourage we have :The vice chairman,Hon. Olusesi Titus Babatunde, Special Adviser on road maintenance,Hon. Noah Sanitarian Ige Samuel, Director, Water and Environmental Sanitation.
