President Bola Tinubu has moved into the Glass House, one of the living quarters within the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The President had been resuming office daily from his private residence in Asokoro since he assumed office on May 29, presumably due to ongoing renovations to the official presidential residence.
The Glass House, located within the precincts of the State House, is reserved as the most-rated guest house of the President.
It was unclear why the President moved into the Glass House at this time, even though renovation work was thought to have been completed at the official residence.
Reports have it that the President did not intend to move into the Villa until September and may have changed his mind because of increased public pressure.
