Hon. Lukmon Olajide Atobatele , representing Abeokuta South State Constituency 1 has promised to be an unwavering advocate and  tireless servant for his constituents.

The lawmaker maintained that when he embarked on the  journey to serve, he had made a solemn promise to be their voice, their advocate, and their champion, adding he will fulfil his promise.

Atobatele who is under the platform of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP disclosed this on Tuesday  in his inaugural speech presented before the Speaker of the house of assembly, Rt. Hon. Olakunle Oluomo.

"Today, I stand before you with a heart full of gratitude and a deep sense of responsibility. As the elected representative of Abeokuta south constituency 1 in this 10th assembly, I am humbled by the trust my people have placed in me. I want to assure my constituents  that my commitment to them, the people of my constituency, remains unwavering.

"When I embarked on this journey to serve, I made a solemn promise to be their voice, their advocate, and their champion.

''Today, I restate that promise with renewed vigor and determination. I stand here not as a mere politician, but as a servant leader who understands the aspirations, dreams, and struggles of each and every one of our there.

"The challenges we face as a community are not insignificant. Unemployment, inadequate healthcare, lack of access to quality education, and infrastructural deficiencies are issues that we must confront head-on.

"But let me be clear: I firmly believe that every obstacle presents an opportunity for growth and transformation.

"Representing my people in the Ogun state House of Assembly, I will make sure proper representation, I will be sponsoring bills that will aid the growth and development of my constituency, Abeokuta and Ogun state at large.

Together, we can overcome these hurdles and build a future that we can all be proud of.

 "I stand here today, not as an individual with all the answers, but as a conduit through which your voices, your concerns, and your ideas will be heard and acted upon. Your hopes and dreams will shape the decisions we make and the policies we implement.

"I commit to being accessible and approachable. I will be running an open-door policy where constituents can come forward to share concerns and solutions to issues affecting our communities.

"I will hold regular town hall meetings, listening sessions, and community forums, where the people's thoughts and opinions will be valued. I will actively seek out input in shaping the legislation that affects the lives of my constituents. Their participation will be the bedrock upon which we build a more inclusive and prosperous society.

"Education is the key to unlocking our potential, and I will strive to ensure that every child in our constituency has access to quality education. I will work tirelessly to secure resources and partnerships that will equip our schools, empower our teachers, and provide our students with the tools they need to succeed in a rapidly evolving world.

"Creating job opportunities is crucial for the economic well-being of our constituency. I will collaborate with both public and private sectors to attract investments, promote entrepreneurship, and provide vocational training that will enable our youth to thrive in a competitive job market.

" Together, we will create an environment that fosters innovation, drives growth, and ensures a brighter future for all.

"Healthcare is a fundamental right, and I will advocate for accessible, affordable, and quality healthcare services for every resident of our constituency. 

"I will work tirelessly to improve healthcare infrastructure, expand access to essential medical services, and prioritize preventive care to ensure the well-being of our community.

"Infrastructure is the backbone of development, and I am committed to investing in projects that will improve our roads, provide reliable or alternate electricity, ensure access to clean water which is an obvious problem in my constituency and enhance connectivity through digital technology. We will leave no stone unturned in our pursuit of progress and prosperity.

"But let us not forget the heart and soul of our community—our people. I will champion social welfare programs that support the most vulnerable among us. 

"I will advocate for the empowerment of women, the protection of children, and the rights of the elderly. Together, we will build a community that leaves no one behind.

"We stand at the dawn of a new era — one filled with hope, opportunity, and the potential for transformative change. I am honored to embark on this journey with you, side by side.

" I will be unwavering advocate, tireless servant formy people, and the voice in the halls of power.

"As we move forward, let us remember that our greatest strength lies in our unity, in our shared purpose, and in our commitment to the betterment of our constituency.
