A frontline All Progressives Congress, APC support group in the 2023 Presidential Election,Tinubu Faithful Group, TFG, says the President-elect, Bola Tinubu will not disappoint Nigerians, as his campaign promises made would be fulfilled. 

The TFG National Coordinator and leader, Hon. Olusola Orelaja who disclosed this in an interview in London said, Bola Tinubu will prove his wealth of experience and knowledge in governance when he assumed office from the 30th of May 2023. 

“Am using the opportunity to congratulate all Nigerians because the hope of redemption has finally arrived the shore of our nation”. 

Orelaja said, Tinubu who won the Presidency of Africa’s most populous nation with 8.8 million votes, met every requirements of the electoral act 2022. 

He said, the Jagaban never hid his ambition to be President of Nigeria, having satisfied the requirements of the law and declared the winner by the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu.

The TFG National Coordinator, however, quoted President Muhammadu Buhari at the recent state banquet of saying “l am handing over Nigeria to someone I believe will continue from where I stopped and do better.”

He also quoted the President elect of saying “this is a serious mandate, I hereby accept it. To serve you… To work with you and make Nigeria great.

“I appeal to my fellow contestants to let us team together. It is the only nation we have. It is one country that we must build together.”

The TFG leader further said His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR will be inaugurated as the next President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on May 29, 2023.

"Election has come and gone, the hand over document has been handed to the President-elect,  I use this opportunity to advise the oppositions to imitate a true democrat who has never lost any election from Senate, Governor and now President, he is hell bent of proving to all Nigerians that there is light at the end of the tunnel and a better place for all Nigerians. I boldly say this, our incoming President will not disappoint” Orelaja concluded.
