The second batch of 429 pilgrims from Ogun state have arrived Saudi Arabia for holy pilgrimage.
The pilgrims who were airlifted aboard flynas A330 airline arrived Princen Muhammad Bin Abdul-Azeez International Airport, Medinah at exactly 3:30am Nigerian time, comprising 218 Male and 211 Female.
The Executive Secretary of the Board, Alhaji Salau Dauda gave the briefing while speaking with newsmen via telephone interview, thanking God another hitch-free journey.
Salau however added that the last batch of pilgrims will be airlifted Thursday as planned without any delay, urging family and friends to pray along with the pilgrims for a successful and fulfilling exercise.
One of the pilgrims, Alhaja Owonikoko Tawakaltu commended the officials for job well done, noting that the board officials have acquainted them with the rules and regulations of the Holy land which they have resolved to abide by.
