Manchester United legend, Rio Ferdinand, believes Liverpool have ‘lost their mojo’ and are unlikely to finish in the Premier League top four this season.
Ferdinand said this after Liverpool’s Premier League 4-1 defeat to Manchester City on Saturday afternoon at Etihad.
The result against Man City means Liverpool are in eighth position on the Premier League table with 42 points from 27 games.
They [Liverpool] seem to have lost that mojo, it is hard to put your finger on exactly why,” BT Sport.
“I would be fearful as a Liverpool fan about the top four right now. There are teams around them with games in hand that look more consistent and seem like they have a bit of an edge on them. It is worrying times for Klopp and his team.”
