Mixed reactions have trailed the absence of the President-elect, Bola Tinubu from the Eid el-Fitr celebration in Nigeria.
Nigerians wondered about Tinubu’s whereabouts during this year’s Sallah festival in Nigeria.
In the past few weeks, some notable Nigerians had questioned Tinubu’s whereabouts.
In the meantime, Tinubu had issued a statement assuring Nigerians that he was ready to work with them, upon assumption of office.
He issued the statement to mark this year’s Eid el-Fitr celebration.
Despite issuing the statement, the President-elect was not sighted at any prayer ground across the country.
This made Nigerians lament over his absence from the political scene.
