A chieftain of the All progressives Congress  (APC) in Odeda Local government and the current governor Liaison Officer,  Hon. Semiu Bola Lawal, has wholeheartedly congratulated Prince Dapo Abiodun on his re-election as Governor of Ogun State.

Lawal, in a congratulatory message to the governor, urged him to leave no stone unturned to justify the trust and confidence reposed in him by the people which informed his election for a second term.

Odeda born politician said: “Your Excellency, congratulations on your triumphant outing in the just concluded Ogun State governorship polls.

“I congratulate you for winning the election, despite all the gang-up and challenges. Like David in the Bible, you are indeed a strong man. I know how you showed bravery and courage in making your first move to enter the Oke Mosan Government House. It has been a grueling journey over the past few months for you, but you have emerged as the best man for the job in our dear state.

 You went, and you came back with your honour intact. 

“For our governor and Odeda Local government All progressives Congress,, this is a well-deserved victory from a keenly contested poll.

“This victory is, above all, for our good people of Ogun State who have freely renewed the mandate they gave in 2019.

“Fellow Odedians, you have again made a resounding statement of your full confidence in the leadership of Governor Dapo Aboodun.

“I can assure you that our Governor will in the next four years remain on the same path of good governance for the progress of Ogun State and the well-being of our people.

“I want to assure Your Excellency too that the people of Odeda local government will continue to support your mission to take our state to a greater height.

“Once again, I congratulate Your Excellency on this great victory,” he said
