The Igbos in Abeokuta North Local under the leadership  of Eze Igbo have congratulated Governor Dapo Abiodun on his re-election as governor of the state.

They said  that the victory of  the Governor is a reflection of the will of the people.

 In a congratulatory message personally signed by the Eze Igbo 1 Abk, Abeokuta North, HRH igwee Vincent Clinton Ajah, and made available to newsmen in Abeokuta described Dapo Abiodun as a great "performer" during his first term, saying that the victory was  well deserved.

The Igbos equally congratulated the Deputy Governor of the State, Engr. Noimot Salako-Oyedele as the Deputy Governor-elect.

He maintained that the performance of Governor Abiodun and his deputy in the last four years has shown that Ogun State will surely witness new development in their second term.

He hailed the people of the state for the peaceful conduct of the 2023 governorship election.

Eze Igbo also  commended the security agencies and the entire residence of the State for coming out to discharge their constitutional role.

Vincent also expressed confidence that the governor would continue to deliver the dividends of democracy to the people.

He said ''I congratulate the Governor of Ogun State on his victory for another 4 years in office. Your victory is a reflection of  the will of the people of the State. “The people of Ogun state have expressed their will through the ballot

"Governor Dapo Abiodun will perform better in his second term, i want to call on the good people of the state to continue to support him.

He therefore extended his heart felt to the people of the state and the leaders of the party for re-electing the right candidate for another four years
