The Chief Executive Officer of Agbotifayo empire, chief Ayedun  Ifadare , popularly known as Agbotifayo has been honored with progenitor of African culture and heritage award.

A popular actor, OLalekan Olatunji while presenting the award to him described Agbotifayo as a man of integrity, adding that he has contributed immensely to humanity within the State and beyond 

He also maintained that Agbotifayo is a promoter of yoruba culture, adding that being a traditional ruler.

Agbotifayo while receiving the award appreciated the honor, promising that he will continue in his good deeds and  continue to promote yoruba culture
