The Governor said the various successes recorded and the awards received in the Agricultural sector leaves no one in doubt that the State was progressing in its revolutionary drive.
Earlier in his address, the President, UBEN, Romain Pakpo commended the government for linking their members to land inputs and markets, noting that it had encouraged more Egun youths to engage in various agricultural value-chain opportunities.
Papko expressed the farmers’ readiness to support the government in growing more food for the people and making the State a food basket of the nation, saying "the leadership style of our hard-working Governor has motivated us to propagate his ideals".
