To mark the commemoration of the 2022 Sagamu day celebration, The Akarigbo and Paramount Ruler of Remo land, Oba Babatunde Adewale Ajayi, led a procession to ORISAGAMU EWA, in Sagamu Local Government Area Of Ogun state 

Orisagamu Ewa is believed to be the source of Sagamu and a dwelling place for the deities of the land, and as it is customary the yearly celebration is kicked start with a visit to ancestral place of worship.

Akarigbo in company of other traditional chiefs and sagamites pay homage, offering sacrifices to the gods that have preserved and flourished their land.

Sagamu day celebration is an annual moment for all sagamites home and abroad to jubilate and celebrate the success of the land all year long.

This anniversary was coupled with numerous activities like morning Royal walk, marathon race, Ebiripo night, cultural dance among many other historical moment.
