Preparatory to the 2023 general elections, the All Progressives Congress has approved the Dapo Abiodun Apex Alliance Sisters as a support group of the party.

This approval was conveyed via a letter of recognition signed on behalf of the National Chairman of the party, His Excellency, Senator Abdullahi Adamu, by Salisu Yahaya Alfa, Head of Support Group/Mobilisation

In the letter dated 25th November, 2022, the association was enjoined to ensure that its activities are in synergy with the party's guidelines and constitutions.

Reacting to the recognition, Convener and Coordinator of the Dapo Abiodun Apex Alliance Sisters, Yeye Oseni Toyin Biliki, appreciated the national chairman for the recognition, and assures of the association's readiness to mobilise support across the twenty local government areas of Ogun State, for the presidential candidate of the party, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and the Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun on his second term re-election bid.

The group according to her shall also ensure victory for all other APC candidates in Ogun State.

The group founded in 2018, and comprising of notable women with formidable grassroot presence across the twenty local government areas of Ogun State,  has been a staunch supporter of the Prince Dapo Abiodun-led administration.
