The new Deputy Chief of Staff (DCoS) to Ogun State Governor, Dr. Toyin Taiwo has charged the staff in the offices of the Governor and Chief of Staff to be more dedicated to their duties, as effective communication, commitment, and collaboration are essential in achieving organisational goals.
Dr. Taiwo gave this charge while meeting with the staffers, maintaining that workers in sensitive duty posts were expected to display a high level of commitment and loyalty.
The new DCoS who was the Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, reiterated that he would build on the legacies of the immediate past Chief of Staff, who he described as a pragmatic leader, adding that training and retraining of staff would be his priority for improved productivity.
Speaking earlier, the Senior Special Assistant, Office of the Governor, Mr. Bolu Owotomo said the new Deputy Chief of Staff was a professional of high repute, who had the vast experience to effectively discharge the functions of the Office, calling on the staffers to display a high level of responsibility and decorum.
In his welcome address, the Director, Office of the Chief of Staff, Mr. Olumuyiwa Idowu stated that Dr. Toyin’s sterling performance as the Commissioner for Culture and Tourism was commendable, and assured of the staffers' maximum support and cooperation.
