Ogun 2023: Vote for Dapo Abiodun, APC candidates, IWA urges residents

 


A house of assembly candidate under the platform of All Progressives Congress, APC in Ogun State, Hon Igbalaye Wasiu Ayodele, popularly known as IWA has called on the residents of the state to vote for the governor of Ogun State, prince Dapo Abiodun and all other candidates under the platform of All Progressives Congress, APC.


He maintained that APC is the only party that can not fail the people.


The assembly candidate made this known on Monday when he met with the zones representatives from ward 8 to ward 15, Abeokuta South Local Government.


He called on them to mobilize people in their various wards to work for the victory of Prince Dapo Abiodun and all the party candidates in the local government.


IWA maintained that APC is a progressive party, urging everyone to join hands together to work for the victory of the party.


The popular philanthropist also used the medium to call on the residents of the state to come out in en-masse, especially at grassroots level for registration of their Permanent Voter's Card.


He added that, that is the only way to elect APC candidates into office.

IWA hailed the governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun for  declaring tomorrow as work free day to enable everybody in the state to register fully ahead of the 2023 general elections.


According to him, the residents of the state should make good use of tomorrow to register for their PVC.


The assembly candidate appreciated the people of his constituency for their support and love  during the primary elections, promising that he will not disappoint them.


He promised them quality and robust representation if elected at the poll.


Meanwhile, all the zones representatives who were present at the meeting promised to mobilize more people in the local government to vote for All APC candidates at the poll.


Some of them who spoke with our correspondent added that IWA's good deeds will continue to speak for him, saying that he is a  politician with large heart and they have never regretted supporting him.


They assured that they will work hard to ensure the assembly candidate emerges at the poll.
