The Statutory meeting of the Ogun State Council of Obas will hold on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, and will be presided over by the Council Chairman, His Royal Majesty, Akarigbo, and Paramount Ruler of Remoland, Oba (Dr.) Babatunde Ajayi.

          A release signed by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Mr. Kolawole Fagbohun stated that the meeting would come up at the Conference Hall, Obas’ Complex, Oke – Mosan, Abeokuta by 11 am.

          The release also indicated that the State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun would hold a brief meeting with the Paramount Rulers before the commencement of the Statutory meeting.

      It added that only invited permanent and rotational members are expected at the meeting.
