As the country marks the 2022 Democracy Day today, Hon. Fasuwa Johnson, popularly known as Yomi FAJ has felicitated with the people of the state and Nigerians, in general, declaring that democracy has come to stay in the country.

In a goodwill message, the house of assembly member, representing Ijebu North East state constituency called on the people of the state to rededicate themselves to nation-building and remain united. 

He said "Let me use this opportunity to pay tribute to our past and present leaders, who have contributed in deepening our democratic experience and strengthening our political culture

“I, therefore, call on us to rededicate ourselves to nation-building, remain united and frontally confront our problems with total commitment and prayers.

"We must always remember that the task of nation-building is a collective responsibility”.

He commended the governor of Ogun state for his giant strides in the state, calling on the residents of the state to support Governor Abiodun for his second term bid.
