The Directing Staff (DS), Senior Executive Course 44, National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Brig. General Dutsin-mar Nasir has described the newly constructed Ijebu-Ode/Epe Expressway as a high-quality standard road that will ease the transportation difficulty of commuters plying the axis, and generate revenue for the State.

The DS stated this while leading participants on an inspection tour to the road, lauding the government for its various developmental strides across the three Senatorial Districts.

 Contributing, one of the participants, Pharm. Adewale Oyenuga commended the State government’s performance, particularly in capacity building and infrastructural projects, saying it had done well by transforming bad major roads across the State.

“I used to pass through this road as an indigene of the State, and I knew it was in a very bad state. It has always been my dream that we do our bit and now that the State government has done this, it is quite impressive”, Oyenuga said.
