A house of representatives hopeful, Abeokuta south Federal constituency has sent  greetings to Nigerians in general and Muslims in particular as they commence the month.      

He also appealed to Muslims  in the country to pray for Ogun State and Nigeria to move forward.

Balogun urged the Muslims to use the opportunity offered by the Ramadan season to pray for peaceful coexistence and economic rejuvenation.

He said, '' as one of the five pillars of Islam, Ramadan provides yet another opportunity for reflection and genuine love towards one another.

The philanthropist further reiterated his commitment to peace and reconciliation, while ensuring justice and speedy development of his constituency, Abeokuta south, as the holy month begins .

"I wish that the holy spirit of Ramadan enlighten our souls and guide us to our deen. May we all be able to do good deeds this Ramadan. I wish you all a blissful Ramadan Mubarak''
