An aspirant for Ogun State House of Assembly, Abeokuta South State constituency 1, Miss Emmanuel Ayomiku  Adeola, Popularly known as Misspowers on Friday led thousands of residents of the State to the streets of Abeokuta to rally support for Governor Dapo Abiodun's second term.

The rally which started from ward 1 to ward 7 in Abeokuta South Local Government had a large number of people carrying placards with inscriptions, ''Dapo Abiodun for second term" "Abiodun deserves another term In office'' Re-elect our amiable governor, prince Dapo Abiodun.

Miss powers were also seen chanting solidarity songs and many bold pronouncements in support of Prince Dapo Abiodun.

The only female aspirant also did a house to house campaign for Abiodun where he went to visit some people at their different houses to urge them to support the governor's second term bid.

She also used the medium to declare her  intention to run for the seat of House of Assembly in the state, saying that if elected she would not disappoint them.

"The only female aspirant said''  I want to call on you all, our mothers, sisters and  brothers to support our amiable governor, prince Dapo Abiodun for second term because he has performed beyond our expectations.  We should also believe in our great part,  the All Progressives Congress. It remains the best in delivering good governance. Our amiable Governor has performed wonderfully well and we all know".

In the area of projects, the aspirant  rated Abiodun high for espousing developmental projects across the three senatorial districts, urging the people to have confidence in the ability of the incumbent governor to provide good leadership for the party, and to deliver more dividends of democracy.

"I also want to remind you that I am  contesting for the seat of Ogun state house of Assembly and I am not ready to step down for anyone, I am going there to represent you well and I promise that when I get there, I will not disappoint you. I am going to be the voice for the youth, women and the aged that's what makes me the daughter for all with your support I will win at the poll.

''I am going there to raise the bar of political representation, demonstrate leadership capacity that will surpass our previous and current experience to set a prospect for the future".

''I have been in the party for long and I have worked for the party wholeheartedly and I want to  be in position to  represent my people because i am capable to give them quality representation. Don't let us vote for people that we  will not have access to if they get  there. I remain the best among them. 

"If elected you will have access to me, I will not let you down''

She appealed to residents of the local government to support his aspiration in the interest of equity and fairness.

Misspowers sponsored about fifty people  to get their permanent voters card, PVC, saying that this is only instrument to Re-elect Governor into office for second.

She therefore promised to take more people to get their PVC so that they will not be disenfranchised.
