Frontline Aspirant for the Ogun State House Assembly, Ijebu-Ode Constituency, Barr. Mokesioluwa Seun-Adedamola (Akesi) has called for more participation of Women in Politics and Leadership in political and public life which are essential to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. 

Akesi made this known at a recently launched Campaign for women to Participate in politics tagged "The Mopelola Campaign"

Akesi said "The Mopelola Campaign" is a celebration of heroines who have showcased exemplary leadership qualities in tough Conditions.

In her words "Akesi honors these women and every strong woman in Ogun State and especially in Ijebu-Ode. Akesi sees you, Akesi honors you and Akesi is proud to be a woman".
