The Medical Women's Association of Nigeria (MWAN), Ogun State Chapter will on Friday, 14th January, 2022 hold a symposium with the theme "Leadership, Governance and Health' as well as a sub-theme, "Quality Improvement in Hospitals in Nigeria- The FMC, Ebute Metta as a Case Study", as part of activities to commemorate its National Executive Council (NEC) meeting being hosted by the State Chapter.
Venue according to the spokesperson of the Association, Dr. Mrs. Yomibo Shofolahan, is the Telemedicine Hall, Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Abeokuta under the Chairmanship of the Managing Director, FMC, Abeokuta, Professor Adewale Musa-Olomu.
Dr. Shofolahan said the Keynote Speaker at the symposium is the Managing Director, FMC, Ebute Metta, Dr. Adedamola Dada, while a 'Special Session on Team Building' will be handled by an Obstetrician/Gynecologist with more than 24 years experience in Clinical Services and Capacity Building, Professor Emmanuel Oladipo Otolorin, with the Vice Chancellor, Chrisland University, Professor Peace Babalola as the Guest of Honour and the National President, MWAN, Dr. Mrs. Lilian Adekemi Otolorin is the Host of the day.
The symposium is scheduled to start at 10a.m.
